Plas­tic card is made of PVC mate­r­i­al, so it is also called PVC card. PVC mate­r­i­al include white PVC, clear PVC and col­ored PVC.The main mate­r­i­al we use are white and clear PVC. The stan­dard size of plas­tic card is 85.5*54mm. Oth­er shapes also sup­port­ed, such as round shape, square shape or car­toon shapes.The stan­dard thick­ness of plas­tic card is 0.76mm. We can also make oth­er thick­ness from 0.18mm to 2mm.

Plastic card are widely used, you can use it as:

1. ID card. With vari­able head por­trait, name, num­ber etc print­ed, con­ve­nient for orga­ni­za­tion man­age­ment. We can also punch a round hole or a slot hole to work with a lan­yard, then you can wear it around your neck.
2. Busi­ness card. Plas­tic busi­ness card is water­proof. It is more durable than paper busi­ness card. The print­ed infor­ma­tion can be kept longer.
3. Mem­ber­ship card. We can make mag­net­ic stripe, bar­code, mem­ber num­ber etc on the plas­tic card so that the card can work with mem­ber­ship sys­tem. Ser­vice your mem­bers bet­ter.
4. Gift card & loy­al­ty card. With dis­count val­ue, coupon or oth­er pro­mo­tion infor­ma­tion print­ed, pro­mote mar­ket­ing activ­i­ties bet­ter.
5. Access card. Sup­port con­tact and con­tact­less chips. Safe­ty con­trol make access more con­ve­nient.

Plastic card production process:

1. Proof sheet con­fir­ma­tion. You just need pro­vide us the size, quan­ti­ty and art­work, we’ll make proof sheet for your con­fir­ma­tion before pro­duc­tion.
2. Print­ing. We sup­port CMYK off­set print­ing, silk print­ing, dig­i­tal print­ing. We’ll choose the best print­ing solu­tion accord­ing to your require­ments.
3. Lam­i­na­tion. With films lam­i­nat­ed on the card sur­face, the cards will be lam­i­nat­ed into glossy fin­ish, mat­te fin­ish or frost­ed fin­ish.
4. Die cut­ting. The print­ed lam­i­nat­ed big PVC sheet will be cut into sev­er­al PVC cards by Machine.It will become the final shape you want.The edges will be smooth.
5. Personalizations.Then we do per­son­al­iza­tions on the indi­vid­ual PVC card.Such as bar­code, vari­able data,
6. Qual­i­ty check­ing. We’ll check the cards one by one after the pro­duc­tion, weed out the defec­tive cards and keep the good cards.
7. Pack­ing. Using high qual­i­ty pack­ing mate­r­i­al, suit­able for long dis­tance trans­ac­tion.
