Standard PVC Card size is CR80, just same as the credit card size. Of course, you can customized your pvc card size with extra die cutting mould. We usually support Adobe Illustrator, Coreldraw, Indesign, Photoshop, but illustrator is best for card design, if you using other design software, you can save your artwork to be .pdf file, then we can import into illustrator software.
