PVC card material options

The options for the PVC card material are variable. The main options are standard white PVC, clear PVC and coloured PVC.

1. Standard white PVC

White PVC is the most common PVC material. It is a popular choice for plastic printing, such as gift cards, key tags, card and key tag combos, business cards, event and ID badges and more. The price is relatively low and suitable for mass production. White PVC has good wear resistance and water resistance, suitable for daily use. Can be personalised as needed to suit various brands and events. Barcodes, QR codes or other information can be added to the card.

    2. Transparent PVC

Transparent or translucent PVC material has a unique appearance, suitable for making window cards or badges. Printing results may be affected by transparency, which usually requires printing on a specific part of the card. The transparent design gives the card a unique appearance and can reveal internal information or graphics. Clear PVC is a great stock for creative designs. Can be combined with other design elements to create attractive effects.

    3. Colored PVC

Colored PVC has color added during the production process. They are usually supplied from the factory in a specific color without the need for subsequent printing or coating. Common colors include black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple, etc. Although the PVC is already colored, it can still be printed on the surface, suitable for adding a personalised message or pattern. Like standard PVC cards, pre-colored PVC cards offer good durability and resistance to wear and tear. Not easily faded, suitable for long term use.
