White plas­tic card (also called blank plas­tic card, plain plas­tic card) is made of high qual­i­ty pvc sheet mate­r­i­al, stan­dard size is CR80 (85.5mm*54mm) or (3.366*2.126 inch), thick­ness is 0.76mm (30mil). Of course we can make oth­er non­stan­dard size, thick­ness or shape to match your dif­fer­ent require­ments.

White plas­tic card can be cus­tomized print­ed by YMCKO col­or rib­bons via ther­mal print­ers, also can be direct­ly print­ed by UV flat-pan­el print­ers, it’s a good way to meet the small quan­ti­ty cus­tom print­ed plas­tic cards require­ments.

With Lamination overlay

The white plas­tic card can be lam­i­nat­ed with glossy or mat­te thin trans­par­ent pvc film. Of course you can decide whether to use lam­i­na­tion lay­er or NOT.

Suitable for both thermal printing, inkjet printing & UV printing

The white plas­tic card can be print­ed with ser­i­al num­bers, bar­codes, QR codes via ther­mal print­ers and DOD inkjet print­ers.

Can be printed into CMYK colors by color ribbons of thermal printers

The white plas­tic card sur­face is flat, it sup­ports you to print CMYK image or text, even por­trait by Zebra print­ers with YMCKO col­or rib­bons. (Of course oth­er ther­mal print­ers such as Evo­lis etc all sup­ports.)

Can be directly printed into CMYK colors by UV printers

The cur­rent pop­u­lar UV flat-pan­el print­er can be eas­i­ly printe full col­ors images direct­ly on a blank plas­tic card, even embossed effect.

Capable of laminating magnetic strips

We can lam­i­nate mag­net­ic strips on the white plas­tic cards, it con­tains 300oe loco, 2750oe hico, 4000oe hico. (Oth­ers also sup­port). The mag­net­ic strips can be dif­fer­ent col­ors such as black, brown, gold, sil­ver, red, blue, green etc.
