White plastic card (also called blank plastic card, plain plastic card) is made of high quality pvc sheet material, standard size is CR80 (85.5mm*54mm) or (3.366*2.126 inch), thickness is 0.76mm (30mil). Of course we can make other nonstandard size, thickness or shape to match your different requirements.
White plastic card can be customized printed by YMCKO color ribbons via thermal printers, also can be directly printed by UV flat-panel printers, it’s a good way to meet the small quantity custom printed plastic cards requirements.
With Lamination overlay
The white plastic card can be laminated with glossy or matte thin transparent pvc film. Of course you can decide whether to use lamination layer or NOT.
Suitable for both thermal printing, inkjet printing & UV printing
The white plastic card can be printed with serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes via thermal printers and DOD inkjet printers.
Can be printed into CMYK colors by color ribbons of thermal printers
The white plastic card surface is flat, it supports you to print CMYK image or text, even portrait by Zebra printers with YMCKO color ribbons. (Of course other thermal printers such as Evolis etc all supports.)
Can be directly printed into CMYK colors by UV printers
The current popular UV flat-panel printer can be easily printe full colors images directly on a blank plastic card, even embossed effect.
Capable of laminating magnetic strips
We can laminate magnetic strips on the white plastic cards, it contains 300oe loco, 2750oe hico, 4000oe hico. (Others also support). The magnetic strips can be different colors such as black, brown, gold, silver, red, blue, green etc.
